"Just wanted to send you a note to express my feelings about the Riders Edge Class!! It was awesome! I came into it only ever riding a motorcycle 50' in a parking lot with my husband trying to teach me. That's where it ended...I felt so much more confident... that I could actually ride the Fat Boy® that I had just bought! People kept telling me to buy a smaller bike, you're going to dump it for sure. I didn't listen to them and I'm so glad that I didn't...I have put over 400 miles on the bikes in the last 3 weeks...Jim and Dennis were invaluable. They made the class fun and light-hearted, while still drilling the basics into our heads. I felt safe and the building block approach to the class made it a no brainer to learn to doesn't matter what bike you ride, its all technique...I sure did impress my husband by making a U-turn on my Fat Boy® without putting my feet down in a confined space on our first ride out together. WooHooooo!!"

"Hi, I just wanted to comment on the dealership and your Riders Edge® Program. I took the class as a refresher to riding since I hadn't been on a bike for a while and found the entire experience was "TRULY GREAT". I am not a current Harley Owner but definitely plan on being one in the very near future. I am a business owner and know the value of Customer Service. It will Make you or Break you. But from any perspective, your dealership is one that I found to be very professional yet still had the personal touch clients are looking for. I will definitely return for rental's and purchase's and would refer anyone I knew to your dealership. The instructors I had for the Rider's Edge Program were also tremendous. "Mike" & "Collen" were by far some of the best educator's I have had the experience to learn from. They alone were one of your best asset's. Their level of professionalism just reflects your dealership's commitment to Customer Service. they gave us an education and made it "fun" as well. The entire staff from the class coordinator "James" to "Allan" in rental"s and the entire parts and sales staff I met during the showroom tour were just terrific. I apologize for not remembering all their names but they were all great. I have been to a couple of other Harley dealers and although I didn't have a Bad Experience it was no where near the Good Time I had at "Wild Fire". You have the competition beat hands down. I would go out of my way and travel to your dealership for my Harley needs just because you guy's are so great. In closing just wanted to say, NO, No one paid me to say all these wonderful things about your dealership. It's just the honest to god truth. Like the saying goes There's nothing like a Harley and also there's nothing that compares to a dealer like "Wild Fire". You Guy's got if figured out . Keep up the Excellent work. Look forward to seeing you all soon and definitely bringing you my business."

"My first impression of the dealership was how impressed I was with the staff. They were genuine, helpful, smiling, and very customer orientated. My experience with taking the riding class was awesome, and I have already advised a few people to take the class. The instructors really drove things into my head, that will be lasting. I enjoyed everything so much a week later I was back into the dealership to buy my first bike, the Buell Blast. Wildfire has made a long past due dream come true for me, I have made a major accomplishment and I thank you."

Awesome job getting 9 people of varied backgrounds and skills through a daunting class. Your patience and humor helped all of us feel like we could make it to the goal line. Thanks for working so hard through very tough conditions, you never waivered from giving us your full attention and knowledge...gifted teachers are rare and your patience and encouragement got all of us across the goal line...thanks for a great experience and sharing all your years of experience...

"Just wanted to pass along our most sincere thanks for an excellent job to the Rider's Edge instructors. They both did a great job; in the classroom and together on the course! I would not hesitate for a second to recommend your class. I know that in my own industry, people are much quicker to pass along negatives and don't often write to commend positives. Please pass this along to the appropriate people (and Tiffany for sure). As someone who has been riding for years (albeit off and on) and Barb who was never behind the handlebars until your class; we both came away with new knowledge and a positive feeling that exceeded my expectations going into this.
Thank you for what you do! Keep up the EXCELLENT work and have a great summer. "

"I can't say enough great stuff about our instructors for the motorcycle safety course we attended this weekend at Illinois Harley and at Villa Park Odeum.
They were cordial and friendly and both made us all feel like we were close friends. It was a great experience to have and I gained great confidence with both instructors.
I am a professional instructor in my career at American Airlines and I can easily say that both were professional and personable and helped us through the class in the best manner that I have ever experienced. I would take this class again just to hang with the 2 best people I have ever learned from."
